1. If you stake out you installation site , we will do everything possible to be sure that your new shed is built exactly where you want it. Simply place four (4) stakes in the ground where you want the four corners of your building and a fifth stake where you want the center of the door.

2. Please allow access to electricity within 100 feet of your installation site. The installer will provide heavy-duty extension cords. If electricity is not available within 100 feet of the installation site we will provide a generator for an additional charge of $50, or you may provide a generator at your expense. This must be at least a 5000-watt generator.

3. Be prepared to make payment upon satisfactory installation of your shed. Please make payment arrangements in advance of the installation date. Remember you do not have to take off work the day of your installation and all installation dates are tentative.

4. Please take the opportunity to review your responsibilities with our staff.

What to expect on the morning of the installation of your new shed:

ALL installation dates are tentative. You may receive a call from the installer on the morning of your scheduled installation. At this time they will review your order for accuracy and ask for directions to the installation site. The installer will let you know the approximate time of his arrival. During this call the installer will review the total amount of the invoice so if you cannot be at your site at the time your building is completed, you will have the opportunity to arrange for payment at the time of completion. In the case of bad weather, illness, or any other unforeseen reason, it becomes necessary to reschedule your installation, we will reschedule for the first available date.

Please observe the following rules in regard to leveling and clearance:

1. Please allow a minimum of two feet of unobstructed clearance around the perimeter of your building, unless prior arrangements have been made. If you building is larger than 200 square feet, please allow at least four feet of clearance around the entire building or the minimum required setback, which ever is greater.

2. Please be aware that the installer will not be able to move the building after it is completed.

3. The installer will block your building level up to six inches, if necessary, free of charge. There may be an additional charge for labor and materials if leveling beyond six inches is required. If this is required the installer will inform you of the additional charge. This charge is payable directly to the installer. If you want to place your shed on blocks, we recommend two-inch solid concrete patio blocks.

4. Please complete your site preparations prior to the installation date of your building. The installer does not provide excavation, tree or shrub pruning, or other general clearing of your site. Installations delayed after the arrival of the installer due to the above conditions may be subject to a $100 trip charge

CAUTIONS TO THE HOMEOWNER:

Local building codes may require you to purchase a permit to install any structure on your property. SUPER SHEDS LLC and its representatives ARE NOT responsible for any costs associated with the search of, or compliance with, any codes or covenants in your local area.

1. If the installer must park more than 100 feet from the building site you may be subject to an additional carry in charge of $50.

2. Any change orders to the basic building, such as using non standard materials, are subject to a $50 charge in addition to any costs incurred.
